REVELATIONS
This is a storyboard for a religious-themed short pilot that actor/director Bill Duke
was testing. The problem was to address the special effects and locations on a
low budget and tell a good story that could be shot in 4 days... as a trailer. So, Bill left
the bulk of the staging to what was written in the script. I just drew very quickly and my assistant Tony Gleeson and I banged in color markers over the stroyboards to add to the drama. I've left in my camera and staging notes to show how I rough out a board. I do work tighter, but usually this gets the story across. (See The Mummy storyboards.)
